Italian chef Riccardo Lucque, owner of Aromi and La Finestra restaurants, has opened another bistro and shop, La Bottega Tusarova in Holešovice at Tusarova 39,
Prague 7. The Holesovice branch opened in February 2015. You can taste homemade Altamura bread, salami, prosciutto, cheese, desserts and pasta with great Italian wines. We offer the best coffee from Gianni Frasi, a true master.
AUTHENTIC ITALIAN CUISINE
You can visit our place anytime; the bistro is open every day from 09:00 till 22:00 (Sundays till 21:00.). We offer a delicious breakfast, a daily lunch menu for 245 KČ and a choice from our à la carte offer. We also highly reccomend to try something out of our selection of dry - aged meat and fresh fishes.
A full range of delicious dishes can be eaten on the spot or taken away with you.
Place where everything comes to life
La Bottega Tusarova is not only an Italian bistro with a trade, but also the place of production for all products designed by Riccardo Lucque, from bread and pasta to desserts. In addition, we prepare catering for any corporate event!
In our patisserie, the most delicious Italian desserts and cakes are created. We do not compromise on their production and we use only the finest raw materials and seasonal fruits. Top quality and use of the right ingredients are our highest priority.
At La Bottega Tusarova we also produce fresh pasta every day, which you can taste in all Bottegas throughout Prague and our products are also delivered to theother restaurants throughout the city.
HOME MADE PASTA
Our team prepare several types of fresh pasta every day. We use semolina flour for all our pastas except ravioli.
Master baker Domenico Colaianna, or Mimmo, bakes beautiful fresh Italian bakery every day. Mimmo is from Puglia in the province of Bari and is an expert on Pane di Altamura and natural yeast.
SALAMIS AND HAMS
In our selection you can find Salami di Cinta Senese, Salami al Tartufo (truffle), wild boar salami and several kinds of mortadella. Our main meat supplier, Domenico Celli also produces for us a homemade prosciutto, called Prosciutto di Fiocca.
