In celebration of the forthcoming Christmas holidays, our Chef Lukáš Sedláček, has prepared the several Christmas specials and New Year´s Eve Menu
Our Christmas specials will be served from December, 24th to December, 26th. 

Pinsa Romana (Gourmet Pizza) with Piennolo tomatoes and burrata

Traditional Fish Soup with bread croutons and fried chickpeas 105 CZK

Agnolotti stuffed with pumpkins and guinea fowl, parmesan water 265 CZK

Poached Pike-​perch with lentils, turnip purée, yellow beet and truffle grenaille potato 345 CZK

Babá Napoletano with lemon custard and rose ice cream 145 CZK

Menu price 795 CZK.


For the last night of the year, we have prepared a unique set of gourmet delicacies. We will start at 7 pm.

Scallops with tomato water, palm seeds and passion fruit

Black Buffalo Mozzarella with coloured beets and Piennolo tomatoes

Roasted Marrow with oysters cooked in the bone and cremolata, potato foam

Radicchio Tardivo Agnolotti with parmesan broth and artichoke hearts and roasted green lentils

Duck Breast sous vide with red cabbage, grilled polenta and apple purée

Pistacchio Creme Brulée with gingerbread crumble and coconut ice cream
