come to celebrate the coming of the new year and taste our six course menu. If you are lovers of unusual dishes, you will be delighted by Roasted Marrow with oysters, Scallops and Pistachio Crème Brulée at La Bottega Tusarova. The New Year's Eve menu with Duck Breast and Radicchio Tardivo Agnolotti can be enjoyed for CZK 1,500.

Roasted Marrow with oysters cooked in the bone and cremolata, potato foam

Duck Breast sous vide with red cabbage, grilled polenta and apple purée
