Come and enjoy the new Autumn menu from chef Radek Hasman and his team at Tusarova. A menu that will please you with flavors inspired by Autumn and created with select Italian ingredients.

Start with the Chickpea soup, with excellent Italian pork sausage cotechino, capers powder and thyme oil. 

Do you want to try the paccheri with veal ragout and grilled scamorza, or would you prefer the homemade gnocchi with sautéed mushrooms, sepia and wild broccoli?

Another Autumn novelty is our ravioli filled with Borlotti beans, speck crumble, and onion dust. We were surprised by the slightly sweet taste of the beans, almost reminiscent of chestnuts. These are the same beans used in the famous Italian minestrone soup.

Risotto with cod, potato chips, cacciuco and fig leaf powder may not look it, but it is filled with a rich and intense flavor. You must try it to see. We love burgers, and not only from the Summer grill. Forgive our immodesty, but our beef brisket burger with marinated cucumber, red onion and roasted root vegetables is fantastic. 

We won’t say we saved the best for last, but the seared tuna with hibiscus sauce, deep-​fried Jerusalem artichoke and pine nut cream really is the top to us.
